Gift Certificate Policy

Our Paper Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from issue date. Certificate WILL NOT be extended beyond the expiration date. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards CANNOT be re-issued and are not redeemable for cash. The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable check or credit card.

Gift Certificates must be all used in one day and cannot be separated. Spa Packages cannot be split into separate days or shared. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.

Please have gift certificate number ready when scheduling your appointment. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations without loss of value. Please allow 2 weeks advance to book Spa Packages.
